Nicola is one of our patient Co-ordinators at our Harpenden branch. Having lived in the area for many years, she brings a wealth of local knowledge and enjoys welcoming patients into the practice. With a background in psychology and coaching, Nicola is understanding, supportive, and genuinely focused on helping people feel at ease. She is always happy to help with arranging appointments, answering questions, and offering reassurance to those who may feel nervous or anxious, making each visit as calm and comfortable as possible
